This website is an online shop operated by COSTA Y SOLER SL under the trading name Chapelin. It sells soft textile hats for children from birth to twelve years, together with adult sizes cut from the same patterns, to consumers worldwide. All prices are displayed in US dollars.

The activity is retail of textile headwear. It is not a regulated profession and no professional authorisation or collegiate membership is required for it.

We make no claim that any product protects against solar or ultraviolet radiation, and no product on this site is offered as personal protective equipment.

Browsing this site gives you the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to introduce content that infringes the rights of third parties.

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. Products for children are purchased by a parent or guardian on the child's behalf.

Purchases are governed by the conditions of sale, which form part of the contract between us.

The design of this site, its texts, photographs, diagrams and the Chapelin name and mark belong to COSTA Y SOLER SL or are used with the right holder's permission. Reproduction, distribution or public communication of any part of them without written authorisation is not permitted.

We do not print, embroider or otherwise apply cartoon characters, film or television properties, sports club marks, celebrity likenesses or any third-party registered trade mark to our products. If you believe any content on this site infringes a right you hold, write to support@costaysoler.shop identifying the content and the right and we will respond promptly.

We take reasonable care that the information published here is accurate and up to date, in particular the measurements, materials and structural descriptions of each hat. Should an error appear in a price, a measurement or a description, we will correct it and, where an order is affected, contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of continuing or cancelling at no cost.

Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the courts determined by the applicable rules.
